We congratulate Endeavour Group on the recent approval of their packaged liquor licence (PLL) within the neighbourhood shopping centre in Kellyville. The 2-level Centre will consist of a Woolworths Supermarket, specialty tenancies, commercial premises, and a childcare and medical centre alongside the BWS store. Located adjacent to the Woolworths Supermarket, the store will offer a one-stop grocery shopping experience for shoppers within a modern-day supermarket environment and provides another competitive and convenient liquor store option for Kellyville residents. BSV again worked closely with the Endeavour Group team to prepare a detailed Category B Community Impact Statement (CIS) which articulated the PLL’s benefits to the Kellyville area and secured the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority’s approval.
